Return & Exchange Policy – Usman Ghani Textiles

At Usman Ghani Textiles, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, in case a product does not meet your needs, we’ve put together the following policy to facilitate returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving their order. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

1.2 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

The product must be free from any stains, perfume, or damage.

Items must be returned using a traceable courier service at the customer’s cost.

Note: Items returned in a worn, altered, or damaged condition will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged

Defective

Not the item you ordered

Steps to Report an Issue:

  1. Share your order ID and clear pictures/videos of the defect or incorrect item.
  2. Our team will assess the issue and respond with a resolution.
  3. If approved, you will be asked to return the item for inspection.
  4. Once confirmed, you may choose a replacement or a refund based on availability.

Important: Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or post-purchase alterations will not qualify as defective.

3. Exchange Policy

We understand that preferences regarding color, size, or design may change.

3.1 Exchange Requests

Must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Items must meet the same return conditions as above.

Exchanges are only possible if the requested variant is in stock.

3.2 Processing Timeline

Approval of exchange: 1–2 working days

Product reprocessing: 5–7 working days

Delivery of replacement: 7–9 working days

All logistics costs related to exchanges are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

4.1 Seal-Packed Products

Vacuum-sealed or plastic-sealed products (e.g., blankets or packaged bedding) that have been opened are non-returnable.

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the item before breaking the seal

4.2 Clearance & Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be made via bank transfer only.

5.2 Deductions

Original delivery charges, return shipping fees, and bank transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

No refund will be issued for rejected returns.

5.3 Final Decision Clause

All refund and return decisions are made at the sole discretion of Usman Ghani Textiles and shall be considered final and legally binding.

Returns shipped without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.

7. Delivery Charges & Customer-Initiated Returns

7.1 Non-Refundable Shipping

If the return is due to:

Customer’s change of mind

Incorrect order placed by customer

Then, the original delivery charge (e.g., PKR XXX) is non-refundable.

Refund of shipping costs is only applicable in cases where:

The item is defective

The wrong product was shipped

8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps:
